3 Nights and 2 Days at Siwa Oasis

1st Day

We will transfer from Cairo to Siwa by a private car (the trip takes around 10 to 11 hours).

At sunset, we will arrive at Siwa Oasis

to enjoy the sunset at the island called “El Fontas”

and drink the traditional Siwan juice.

At 8:30 PM

We will have dinner in a Bedouin tent (chicken, vegetables, etc.).

Please don’t forget your swimsuit,

as we will swim in the natural hot and cold spring during dinner time.

(Dinner included only.)

Visits:

• The Mountain of the Dead: ancient tombs carved into the mountain from the Greco-Roman period.

• The Citadel of Shali: the capital of Siwa, an ancient fortress or palace.

• The Salt Lake: the most famous lake in the world, known for natural floating and skin therapy.

• The Temple of Alexander the Great.

• The Cleopatra Spring (Eye of Cleopatra VII) – where the queen is said to have bathed before ascending the throne of Egypt.

Lunch with traditional local dishes at a nice restaurant near Cleopatra’s Spring.

(Lunch and drinks are not included.)

Around, we return to the hotel to prepare for the Safari adventure.

Then we will explore the magic of Siwa Oasis desert by 4×4 car,

enjoy Bedouin tea and fruits while watching the sunset over the desert.

At 8:00 PM, we return to the hotel, then around 9:30–10:00 PM,

we’ll go for a walk in Siwa’s local market (Shali) to buy souvenirs and dates (the best quality in the world).

Dinner at a traditional local restaurant in the center of Siwa (Shali, the capital).

At midnight (12:00 AM), return to the hotel and prepare luggage for departure the next morning.
